These improvements should hopefully not only improve how fast and easy it is to create laser shows, but also how flexible the content is and how it can be tweaked and set up. Additionally, we are continuing to work on the audio processing layer of the software, parallel to the softare and hardware improvements, as part of our future plans.
In this video, we feature two demonstrations created using Qt Quick 2D to show how you can easily extend your games and applications with touch-enabled games and how it can be easily done using Qt Quick. In the first demo, we show how to create a game with a game board and a game object representing an animal or character that can be moved.
We also show off a few projects which use this technology to polish not only the GUI but also the game code. The first one is the qml-box project which provides a simple QML data container for holding and manipulating data hierarchically. The second is a Qt5 application with an embedded 3D graphics rendering engine that can be used to create 3D games or applications.
The end goal of being able to have a single effect being on 50, or 150 lasers is very important to us. We don't want to have to duplicate a single effect with two processors just to work, or have to have a special server to handle large numbers of systems. 7211a4ac4a
